Sample Itinerary:
Day One: Arrive in Washington, DC and begin your tour at the Smithsonian’s Arts & Industries Building, (open November 2021 - July 2022 ONLY) for their new ‘FUTURES’ Exhibit in celebration of the Smithsonian’s 175th Anniversary - truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.  Visit the new Planet Word Museum, an immersive language experience and voice-activated museum (the world’s first!), with interactive galleries and exhibits bringing words and language to life in all sorts of fun ways.  Enjoy a Welcome Dinner at a favorite restaurant prior to checking in to your local area hotel. (D)
Day Two: Enjoy breakfast included at your hotel this morning.  Meet your Guide and embark on a Monuments & Memorials Tour to include the new World War I and new Eisenhower Memorials, as well as the new National Native American Veterans Memorial.  You’ll have lunch on own and free time to visit museums this afternoon before touring President Lincoln’s Cottage, a picturesque hilltop home and the most significant historic site directly associated with Lincoln's presidency aside from the White House. Afterwards, discover the amazing wonders at the Mansion on O Street with its 100 rooms and 70 secret doors. Tour includes an introduction and Q&A about the Mansion before you journey through the uniquely themed rooms.  Enjoy dinner included before arriving to take your seats at the new Capital One Hall for tonight’s Live performance!*  (B, D)
Day Three: Enjoy breakfast included at your hotel this morning prior to checking out.  Explore the Udvar Hazy National Air and Space Museum where over 335 air and spacecraft are on display and include the Space Shuttle Enterprise, an SR-71 Blackbird, Dash 80 prototype of the Boeing 707, the B-17 Flying Fortress, an F-4 Phantom fighter, the B-29 Superfortress “Enola Gay”, and the de Havilland Chipmunk. Grab lunch on own while visiting the museum and before departing for home.  (B)
