4 Nights / 5 Days

Day One:
  • Arrive mid-afternoon in Bismark, ND.  After checking into your local hotel enjoy a Welcome Dinner Cruise onboard the Lewis and Clark Riverboat. Commercial Vessel Lewis & Clark, provides passengers with a direct connection to the heritage and history of the Missouri River in central North Dakota.
  • Return to your hotel for the evening.
 
Day Two:
  • After enjoying breakfast, check out of the hotel and depart for Medora, ND.
  • On your way, stop at Enchanted Highway (Geese in flight!) for a photo op and again at the Painted Canyon before arriving in Medora.
  • Enjoy Lunch at the Library followed by a tour of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.
  • Late afternoon, check-in to the Rough Rider Hotel to rest and refresh before this evening's activities.
  • Depart the hotel for The Pitchfork Steak Fondue at Tjaden Terrace.
  • Enjoy a Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Medora Musical at Burning Hills Amphitheatre. A little history. A little humor. A whole lot of Western spirit. Experience the ultimate Country Western Music Revue in Medora, ND! This live outdoor spectacle showcases a variety of music favorites – from Dolly to disco.
  • After the show return to the hotel for the evening.
 
Day Three:
  • Enjoy a grab and go breakfast before meeting your local Step-on Guide and taking a City Tour of Medora.
  • Enjoy the Gospel Brunch at the Townsquare Show Hall.
  • After brunch you will head to the Theodore Roosevelt Visitors Center, pick up your step guide to take you through the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, south unit. After the tour depart for South Dakota.
  • With a comfort stop en route, you'll arrive in Deadwood, SD, early evening and check-in to your local hotel and enjoy an evening exploring Deadwood and dinner on own.

 
Day Four:
  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Mount Rushmore.
  • Arrive at Mount Rushmore around mid-morning and enjoy 2 hours exploring this national treasure to include lunch via meal voucher from Carvers Café at the Park.
  • Visit Crazy Horse Monument and check in for your bus to base tour.
  • Mid-afternoon, depart for Rapid City, SD and check-in to your local hotel.  Rest and refresh for this evening's activity.
  • An exciting night awaits at the Fort Hays Chuckwagon Supper & Music Variety Show. At Fort Hays Chuckwagon, you are invited to create memories that will last a lifetime. You'll be transported to a time when cowboys ruled the prairie and the spirit of the West was alive. Discover history, culture, delicious feasts, and thrilling entertainment, and more. Saddle up for an unforgettable adventure! Their legendary chuckwagon suppers are a feast fit for a cowboy, with all-you-can-eat servings of tender beef, baked chicken, beans, and more. Your taste buds will be transported back in time to the flavors of the Old West.

 
Day Five:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning prior to checking out and departing for home.
