Day One:
  • Arrive in the historic waterfront district, the Old Port Exchange in Portland in the coastal state of Maine. Stretch your legs, shop, have lunch on own, and stroll the cobblestone streets featuring beautiful views of the Casco Bay.
  • Depart for Bangor this afternoon where you’ll meet your local Guide and embark on a “Tommy Knocker Tour” of Bangor to include several sites from Stephen King novels and films, plus a photo stop at the giant Paul Bunyan Statue.
  • This evening, dine at a local restaurant with included dinner before checking in to your local Bangor hotel to rest and relax.
 
Day Two:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning prior to checking out and departing for Bal Harbor.
  • Upon arrival, sail away on a Sightseeing / Nature Cruise of Frenchman’s Bay and glide along the calm waters of the harbor to witness a variety of marine life on this narrated excursion.
  • Explore Northeast Harbor with free time for shopping and lunch on your own. The small village of Northeast Harbor has several boutiques, galleries, and lunch spots to enjoy.
  • Afterwards, check-in to your Bar Harbor hotel, located just steps away from the ocean and village shops.
  • A traditional Maine Lobster Bake Dinner with all the fixings is included tonight.
 
Day Three:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning.
  • Explore The Abbe Museum, Maine’s most extensive Native American heritage museum, focusing on the four tribes in Maine, (Maliseet, Micmac, Passamaquoddy, and Penobscot).
  • Free time has been allotted for shopping and lunch on own in Bar Harbor at the boutiques and eateries along the shorefront.
  • This afternoon, breathe the salty ocean air as you climb aboard the traditional, Downeast-style lobster boat, Lulu! Cruising on Lulu makes the prettiest coastal Maine postcard seemingly come to life. You’ll observe sea birds, bald eagles, and other marine wildlife in their natural environment.
  • A delicious included dinner at a local favorite restaurant before returning to your hotel to rest and relax.

 
Day Four:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning.
  • Depart on a Guided Tour of Acadia National Park, celebrated for its breathtaking beauty ever since the island was discovered.
  • Free time this afternoon for lunch on own in Bar Harbor, followed by time at your leisure back at the hotel to enjoy the area, relax at the hotel, or explore the waterfront.
  • Dinner is included at the hotel today before departing for an exciting night.
  • See the Timber Tina’s Great Maine Lumberjack Show! See "the Olympics of the Forest" how the lumberjacks and loggers used to compete 100 years ago all exhibited with a modern twist mixed with history, comedy, and lots of razor-sharp action!

 
Day Five:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning prior to checking out.
  • Meet your Guide for a narrated Tour of the picturesque villages of Rockport and Camden along with a photo stop atop Mount Battie located within the beautiful Camden Hills State Park.
  • Enjoy free time to explore, shop, and have lunch on your own in Camden.
  • Dinner is included prior to checking in to your hotel this evening.

 
Day Six:
  • Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel this morning prior to checking out.
  • This morning, stop in York, ME, for an Instagram-worthy photo op of Maine’s southernmost lighthouse, the Nubble Light in Cape Neddick near York Beach. From this location, you’ll be able to spot the infamous Boon Island Lighthouse, just offshore.
  • Step back in time exploring Strawberry Banke Museum in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. From the stories of the Indigenous peoples to the present day, the museum brings more than 350 years of history to life right before your eyes. You’ll be invited to tour historic houses on their original sites, meet engaging costumed role players, watch traditional crafts demonstrations, and explore heirloom gardens and historical landscapes.
  • Free time has been set aside for on own exploration, shopping, and lunch on own while visiting in Portsmouth.
  • Depart for home.
