DAY ONE -

  • Embark on a Docent-led Tour of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, OK City’s premier institution of Western history, art, & culture.
  • Sail away on a Water Taxi Canal Ride complete with narration & a cocktail.
  • Indulge with a delicious Welcome Dinner at a local, favorite restaurant.
  • Experience the Land Run Monument, one of the world’s largest bronze sculptures.
  • Check-in to your OKC area hotel.
 
  DAY TWO - 
  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning.
  • Visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial and experience the Survivor Tour commemorating the victims of the 1995 bombing.
  • Explore the First Americans Museum (FAM) sharing the cultural diversity, history, and contributions of First Americans.  In one place, visitors will experience the collective histories of 39 distinctive First American Nations in Oklahoma today.
  • Visit the exciting, world-class American Banjo Museum and see exhibits on the history of the banjo with hundreds on display, plus memorabilia, recordings & more.
  • Explore Historic Stockyard City and dine at one of its most popular steakhouses before returning to the hotel.
 
  DAY THREE - 
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel this morning prior to checking out and departing for Ponca City where you’ll witness an Osage Tribal Nation Storyteller and an included lunch.
  • Discover the legacy of women of all races, creeds, & nationalities at the Pioneer Woman Museum, preserving the legacy of women from all races, creeds and nationalities who have made significant contributions to the history of Oklahoma.
  • Experience a storyteller at Standing Bear Park and Native American Foundation.  Standing Bear was a Ponca chief who successfully argued in U.S. District Court in 1879 that Native Americans are "persons within the meaning of the law" and have the right of habeas corpus, thus becoming the first Native American judicially granted civil rights under American law.
  • Partake in a delicious dinner at a local favorite before checking in to your local Ponca City hotel.
 
  DAY FOUR - 
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel this morning prior to checking out.
  • This morning, visit the E.W. Marland Mansion, a fascinating tale and an architectural wonder.
  • Enjoy free time to explore the area where the movie, “Killers of the Flower Moon” was filmed and stroll along Main Street in Pawhuska.  The “Killers of the Flower Moon” is an Apple Original Film based on David Grann’s best-selling book of the same name and details the Osage Reign of Terror and the FBI investigation into the criminals who murdered Osages for their oil wealth in the 1920s.
  • Meet for an Instagram worthy lunch included at the famous, “Pioneer Woman Mercantile”, the 100-year old mercantile renovated by Ree and Ladd Drummond and made famous on TV through such channels as HGTV.
  • Tour the Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum featuring the history and western heritage of Osage County.
  • Embark on a cowboy adventure of your own at the Old West Buffalo Company and discover the epic tale of the history of the buffalo - you’ll even have the chance to hand feed them!
    • A lavish BBQ meal is included.

  DAY FIVE -

  • Lunch is included today at the Bartlesville Community Center.
  • Tour Woolaroc, a 3,700-acre working ranch with a 50,000 sq. ft. museum featuring a collection described by Christie’s of New York as “one of the finest collections of southwest art in the world”.
  • Visit the Will Rogers Memorial Museum honoring the movie star with video, audio, and art displays.
  • Stop for a photo opportunity at The Blue Whale on your way to check-in to your local, Tulsa hotel.
  • Indulge in a special, Farewell Dinner included this evening.
 
  DAY SIX - 
  •  Enjoy breakfast at your hotel this morning prior to checking out.
  • Visit Greenwood Rising, a state-of-the-art history center located in the heart of Tulsa’s Greenwood District honoring the legacy of Black Wall Street before and after the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921.
  • See the historic A.M.E. Church, the only remaining black-owned structure on Historic Greenwood Avenue.
  • Embark on a Guided Walking Tour of Reconciliation Park featuring Hope Plaza and the Tower of Reconciliation, memorializing the history of African Americans in Oklahoma.
  • Explore The Church Street Studio and tour Historic Leon Russell Studio.  The historic church was turned into a recording studio and home office to Shelter Records in 1972.
  • Depart for home.
