  • Arrive at the End of the Commons General Store. Built in 1840, the End of the Commons General Store is Ohio's oldest operating general store. You know you’re in Amish Country when you’ve had a fry pie. So popular with Amish folks in the area, fry pies are like mini pies you can eat with your hand, no fork needed. Delicious pie filling and homemade dough, they are fried then sealed with a sweet vanilla-flavored glaze. Made right here in the bakery by Amish bakers. A great break stop and get an included Fry Pie!! Take a boxed lunch made by the Amish to go.
  • Explore J.M. Smucker Company. With a name like Smucker’s® , it has to be good.  And it's even better when you visit the store and café where you can shop and purchase gift baskets with a wide array of familiar products.
  • Check-in to your local accommodations to rest up and relax before this evening's activities.
  • Enjoy a Welcome Dinner included at a local favorite restaurant, such as the Berlin Farmstead, where you can feast with a family style dinner with Broasted Chicken or Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Noodles, Creamed Corn, Dinner rolls, and Dessert.  Yum!
  • An excited night is planned at the Amish Country Theater. Hold on to your seats and get ready for some explosive laughter! The shows are designed to be fun for the whole family, from the littlest young’uns to the orneriest grand pappy! You’ll meet nationally acclaimed Ventriloquist Ken Groves who has been featured on 14 national television appearances. You’ll laugh with comedian Lynyrd, a spotlight stealin’ country bumpkin, who’s as unpredictable as an Ohio spring. And don’t forget the famous Amish comedy trio “The Beachy’s” and Fannie Mae, whose parody songs and jokes about farm living will keep you laughing the whole way home. (Schedule: TBD, pending dates of travel).  This event has been rated 'Top 100 Event in North America" by none other than the American Bus Association (ABA).
