Day 1 - Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum & Bricktown Canal Cruise
  • Arrive in Oklahoma City.
  • Visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum where you’ll experience the Survivor Tour and Behind the Scenes Survivor Talk. Wander the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial commemorating victims of the 1995 bombing.
  • Check in at Downtown or Bricktown Area Hotel
  • Embark on a Bricktown Canal Cruise with a Champagne Toast. Located in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City’s entertainment district, Bricktown Water Taxi’s guided tours offer a unique viewpoint for all visitors! Riders get an up-close look at the canal’s many attractions, including historical monuments, colorful murals, and local landmarks. So, embark on your next journey with us through historic Bricktown, where you will explore the Modern Frontier’s past, present, and glimpses of the future!
  • Enjoy live music and dinner included at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill. From the oversized artwork to the redneck loveseats (which are actually pickup tailgates), everything about this place is bigger and badder. Featured here are lots of down-home dishes prepared with care and served by our friendly and efficient staff. From their Cowboy Ribeye and St. Louis Ribs to one of Toby’s personal favorites, the Fried Bologna Sandwich, you’re guaranteed to leave adjusting your belt buckle with a smile on your face.
 

Day 2 - American Banjo Museum, First Americans Museum, Route 66, & LowDown Jaz Club
  • Enjoy a continental breakfast at your hotel.
  • Tour the American Banjo Museum, complete with a live performance and story telling. The American Banjo Museum is a world-class 21,000 square foot facility honoring the rich history, vibrant spirit and unlimited future of the banjo. The museum’s collection contains more than 400 instruments, recordings, film, video, printed music, instructional materials, ephemera and memorabilia associated with the banjo. The museum contains the largest collection in the world of banjos on public display. Galleries include replicas of primitive banjos developed by African slaves, actual Minstrel Age instruments from mid-19th century, Classic Era banjos from the late 1800s and early 1900s, post WWII instruments used in bluegrass, folk and world music. Much of the museum’s core collection is ornately decorated banjos made in American during the Jazz Age of the 1920s and 30s.
  • Take a docent led tour of the First Americans Museum followed by a drum and dance performance. In one place, visitors experience the collective histories of 39 distinctive First American Nations in Oklahoma today. First Americans Museum shares the cultural diversity, history, and contributions of the First Americans.
  • Next, lunch at Thirty Nine Restaurant with a Chef demonstration and talk. Thirty Nine Restaurant is Oklahoma’s answer to Modern Indigenous Cuisine. The restaurant, located on the north side of First Americans Museum, strives to honor the traditional ingredients of the 39 distinctive First American Nations in the state and offers delicious adaptations using ingredients that have been grown, gathered, and hunted in this area for many generations. Enjoy a great dining experience with vegan and gluten-free options.
  • Depart for Tulsa via Route 66 and stop at famous sites of your choosing along the way. Possible options include: Pops, Round Barn, Seba Station, Route 66 Interpretive Center, and Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum
  • Arrive in Tulsa and check-in to your hotel.
  • Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Take your seats for a performance at LowDown Jazz Club. LowDown is Tulsa’s premiere live music club. From music to comedy, community jam sessions, open mic nights, and more, LowDown promises a sure-to-please evening of entertainment.
 

Day 3 - Church Studios, Mother Road Market, Bob Dylan Center, & Woody Guthrie Center
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
  • Take a docent-led tour of Church Studios. Walk within the walls where Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, Willie Nelson, Stevie Wonder, Kansas, and Leon Russell walked. The Church Studio is hallowed ground and the epicenter of the famed Tulsa Sound. Visitors will enjoy being greeted by a full-sized bronze sculpture of Leon Russell before entering the gallery. Unlike other historic studio "museums," The Church Studio is a real-world working recording studio that boasts top-of-the-line analog and digital gear. Don't be surprised if you get to peek into an actual recording session.
  • Stop for lunch on your own at Mother Road Market. Eat! Sip! Shop! Mother Road Market is Oklahoma’s first food hall! They are focused on good food, unique retail and offering Tulsa a vibrant space for our community to gather. Foodies, artists, musicians, travelers and YOU have a space to try local food and shop for unique finds plus you might even find a cooking class going on in our demonstration kitchen or a beer tasting happening at The WEL Bar! There is also a huge back patio with ample seating, live music and Route 66-themed mini golf.
  • Take a self-guided tour using provided iPods and headphones at the Bob Dylan Center. Designed by Olson Kundig, the world-class Bob Dylan Center houses and exhibits exclusive cultural treasures created and owned by Bob Dylan over seven decades. These include handwritten lyric manuscripts to some of the world’s most treasured songs, previously unreleased recordings, never-before-seen film performances, rare and unseen photographs, visual art and other priceless items spanning Dylan’s unparalleled career as one of the world’s most important cultural figures.
  • Take a docent-led tour of the Woody Guthrie Center. Designed by Olson Kundig, the world-class Bob Dylan Center houses and exhibits exclusive cultural treasures created and owned by Bob Dylan over seven decades. These include handwritten lyric manuscripts to some of the world’s most treasured songs, previously unreleased recordings, never-before-seen film performances, rare and unseen photographs, visual art and other priceless items spanning Dylan’s unparalleled career as one of the world’s most important cultural figures.
    • Your tour will be followed by a folk music performance and drinks.
  • Dinner is included at a local restaurant.
  • After dinner, head over to Welltown Brewery for drinks and music on the rooftop.
 

Day 4 - Coleman Theater, Showboat Branson Belle, & The SIX
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel prior to checking out and departing for Branson, MO.
  • On the way, stop in Miami, Ok and take a tour of Coleman Theater, the Spanish Colonial Theater built in 1926. Located on Route 66 and nestled in the northeast corner of Oklahoma, the Coleman Theatre Beautiful is a beacon for tourists from around the world. Every year visitors flock to the historic vaudeville theatre to experience the Spanish Colonial Mission-style exterior and the Louis XV interior. They marvel at the use of gargoyles, dolphins, cherubs and faces throughout the facility. And, let’s not forget about the “Mighty Wurlitzer” pipe organ.
    • Lunch will be served on stage!
  • Arrive in Branson and check-in to your hotel.
  • Embark on a dinner cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle. Cruise the pristine waters of Table Rock Lake, dine on a scrumptious 3 course meal and be entertained by a lively show!
  • Take your seats for The SIX Show at Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theatre – SIX is a powerhouse “Vocal Band” featuring six real brothers who take musical entertainment to a whole new level. Critically acclaimed and dubbed “an orchestra of human voices” and “Masters of showmanship”, these multi-talented brothers don’t use any instruments, but you’ll think you’re hearing them.
 

  Day 5 - St. James Winery, Shepard of the Hills Adventure Park, & Branson Landing
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel followed by a free morning to explore.
  • Tour, taste and enjoy lunch at St. James Winery. You will enjoy an award-winning wine selection, wine tasting, craft beers and signature drinks. For the lunch selection there are options from Brock Oven pizza as well as a full menu of delicious appetizers, fresh salads, and tempting desserts.
  • Experience Shephard of the Hills Adventure Park. Voted #1 Aerial Adventure Park in America in 2019, 2020, and 2022 by USA Today! The Ozark Mountains lend the perfect backdrop for a day full of adventure. The attractions include the brand-new Copperhead Mountain Coaster, a multi-level ropes course, a scenic canopy zipline tour, a blazing fast vigilante ziprider and more!
  • Return to your hotel to refresh.
  • Head to Branson Landing for dinner and shopping on your own. Explore the Branson Landing, where a beautiful open-air, waterfront setting is home to over 100 shops, attractions and restaurants.
 

Day 6 - Top of the Rock, Comedy Jamboree Show, & Sight & Sound Theatre
  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
  • Take a Top of the Rock Lost Canyon Cave Tour. Experience the unforgettable 2.5 mile journey on an electric cart as you explore the Top of the Rock Lost Canyon and Nature Trail. This dramatic golf cart tour follows a beautiful trail created to highlight stunning rock formations, waterfalls, and view of Table Rock Lake. Don’t forget to top at the Bat Bar for a fresh drink of your choice. And as a bonus, this experience will also include admission to the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum.
  • Enjoy lunch at the Grand Country Buffet. Enjoy an experience reminiscent of dinner at Grandma’s house. With slow-roasted succulent roast, salads, fresh baked breads and desserts.
  • Take your seats for the Comedy Jamboree Show – Get ready to laugh over and over again at Branson’s Best Comedy show! Featuring hilarious, clean comedy and floor-pounding dancing!
  • Dinner is included at Big D’s BBQ which has been voted Branson’s Best BBQ for 5 years in a row! Big D’s is famous for Texas Style Brisket and Memphis style Ribs. They’re set apart by their low and slow smoking methods and our proprietary seasonings. Big D’s takes pride in friendly service and a casual in-home atmosphere.
  • Take your seats for a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre. Experience one of the most riveting Bible stories of the Old Testament as it comes to life with magnificent sets, special effects, and live animals in this original stage productions!
 

Day 7 - Keeter Center & Depart for Home
  • Partake in a special breakfast at the Keeter Center. For over 100 years, work and agriculture, as well as education, have been important at College of the Ozarks®. From its humble farm beginnings and early canning operations to today's student-run farms and student-produced smoked hams and other foods, "Hard Work U"®, as the College is known, continues to serve the Ozarks in many ways. Every part of your Dobyns dining experience includes work done by students, and products grown on campus.
